You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal via platforms including SamCart and CartMango.

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and conditions are outlined in our separate Refund Policy page.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.

5. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

Our products and content are educational in nature.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Income outcomes

Results depend on many individual factors including effort, skill, and market conditions.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service Terms: The Vegas Protocol

The Vegas Protocol is a social media content service operated by Insider Tips LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada. These terms apply to all Vegas Protocol service plans, including Managed (Instagram and TikTok), Managed (Instagram only), and Installed. By purchasing any Vegas Protocol plan you agree to the general terms on this page plus this section. Where the two differ, this section governs the service.

What the service is

Managed plans: we create, caption, schedule, and publish content to your connected social media accounts on a recurring weekly basis. Installed plans: we build your content system, connect your accounts, schedule your starter content, and train you or your staff to run it, with ongoing system access and support billed monthly.

What the service is not

The service does not include ad management, responding to your direct messages or comments, photography or videography, website work, or any promise of follower counts, engagement rates, reach, or revenue. Social media platforms are owned and controlled by third parties. We do not control their algorithms, policies, outages, or account decisions, and results on those platforms are not guaranteed.

Billing and renewal

Plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. The Installed plan includes a one-time setup fee billed at purchase, plus a monthly charge that begins the same day. All charges are processed by Insider Tips LLC and appear on your statement under that name. Your monthly rate stays locked at the price you joined at for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing support (@) vegasprotocol.com or replying to any receipt. Cancellation stops future charges. Service continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and partial months are not refunded except where the guarantee below applies. If you cancel and later return, you return at the current published rate.

The consistency guarantee

If we fail to publish to your connected accounts for a full calendar month while your account access is working and your intake is complete, that month is free: refunded if already paid. The guarantee does not apply where publishing was prevented by something outside our control, including revoked or broken account access, platform suspensions or outages, or your written request to pause posting.

Your responsibilities

You agree to complete the intake accurately, keep account access connected and working, tell us about promotions you need on the calendar with reasonable notice, and only provide materials you have the right to use. You confirm that content sources you hand us (your website, photos, reviews, and similar) are yours to publish from. If access breaks, we will tell you promptly, and the time it takes you to restore it does not count against the guarantee.

Accounts and ownership

Your social media accounts remain yours at all times, including full access and everything published to them. We connect through professional scheduling tools and never need to own or lock you out of anything. Content we create for your accounts belongs to you once published. We may reference published client work as examples of the service unless you ask us in writing not to.

Ending the relationship

We may decline or end service for nonpayment, abusive conduct, requests to publish unlawful or misleading content, or content that violates platform rules. If we end service for our own reasons mid-period, we refund the unused portion of that month.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the actions of social media platforms.

Changes

We may update these service terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continuing the service after a change takes effect means you accept it. Questions: support (@) vegasprotocol.com.

Service Terms: ProtocolEvents

ProtocolEvents is an event promotion graphics service operated by Insider Tips LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada. These terms apply to the ProtocolEvents service, including the standard graphics plan and the scheduling add-on. By purchasing ProtocolEvents you agree to the general terms on this page plus this section. Where the two differ, this section governs the service.

What the service is

We produce on-brand event promotion graphics for every recurring event you run, delivered as a complete monthly drop. Each event receives 12 dated graphics per month across three formats: square (1:1), vertical (4:5), and story (9:16). All four weeks are delivered at once, named by event, week, and format, with the posting schedule laid out. Graphics are matched to your logo and brand colors from the information you provide at intake. The scheduling add-on, where purchased, includes loading those graphics into a scheduler connected to your Instagram and Facebook accounts and publishing them on the agreed weekly schedule.

What the service is not

The service does not include feed management, Stories, carousels, reels, or any content beyond event promotion graphics. ProtocolEvents does not include responding to comments or direct messages, photography or videography, ad management, or any promise of reach, engagement, follower counts, or revenue. Social media platforms are owned and controlled by third parties. We do not control their algorithms, policies, outages, or account decisions, and results on those platforms are not guaranteed.

The trial month

The first month of ProtocolEvents is a paid trial at the current monthly rate. It is not a free month. What makes it a trial is the exit: no contract, no setup fee, and you may cancel at the end of the first month without further obligation. If you continue past the first month, standard billing and renewal terms apply.

Billing and renewal

ProtocolEvents bills monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled. The scheduling add-on, where active, bills monthly at the published add-on rate as part of the same renewal. All charges are processed by Insider Tips LLC and appear on your statement as INSIDERTIPS. Your monthly rate stays locked at the price you joined at for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption. Pricing is subject to change for new subscribers. Active subscribers receive 30 days written notice before any rate change takes effect.

Cancellation

Your responsibilities

You agree to complete the intake form accurately, provide your logo, brand colors, and event details before work begins, and notify us with reasonable notice when events change, are added, or are discontinued. If you have purchased the scheduling add-on, you agree to keep Instagram and Facebook account access connected and working. If access breaks, we will tell you promptly, and time lost to access issues does not count against delivery commitments.

Scope of coverage

ProtocolEvents covers all recurring events you disclose at intake or add in writing afterward. Events you do not disclose are not covered. There is no per-event cap: all disclosed recurring events are covered at the same monthly rate regardless of volume.

Accounts and ownership

Your social media accounts remain yours at all times. Where the scheduling add-on is active, we connect through professional scheduling tools and do not own or lock you out of your accounts. Graphics produced for your events belong to you once delivered. We may reference delivered client work as examples of the service unless you ask us in writing not to.
